I love the idea of this, but mine turned out gritty. Also, I feel like it could use a little more *umph*. Perhpas some more garlic or something. Pretty yummy, though!

This was great! I enjoyed how versatile it was too....I only had mushrooms, carrots and onions and I had ground pork for the meat that needed used :) We'll be making this time and time again -- thanks for sharing.

This was delicious! I didn't have any carrots, so we didn't have that in there, but it was still really good. I made 2 small pans and froze them, and we just had one. Amazing!! You won't be sorry! And I did use the Lasagna noodles the way that the directions said to, and they were perfect!

This turned out fantastic. I used whole wheat noodles instead of regular and I actually added in some cauliflower, green peppers, and yellow peppers in addition to what the recipe called for. I also shredded the chicken instead of cutting it in chunks since my family sort of is chunk-resistant. The only downside was that it took almost an hour for me to put this all together.

I made this last week and was really excited about it after reading all of the reviews. I like that it's a different, healthier alternative to your average lasagna, however, I found the liquid to be a little too much even after letting it sit for several minutes. Unfortunately, this was not a winner for my husband, but overall I thought it was pretty good.

In the words of my husband, "that was gorgeous!". I used fresh baby spinach, fresh noodles and rotisserie chicken which made it quicker. It made the kitchen smell fantastic and it went in the oven in around 30 minutes. It will need to be a weekend meal for us but since it makes so much we'll eat off of it for at least another supper and probably a lunch too. Thanks!!!!
