We’ve added it to our regular menu list. Easy to make (although I need to get better at letting the chicken cool before tearing it into chunks, ouch!). We didn’t have celery or celery salt, so I added some minced garlic and seasoned salt to the mixture.Family said I should have added a bit more seasoned salt as I made a large batch.

My husband took the left overs and mixed with salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream and a dash of hot sauce, then ate with tortilla chips. Great variation on the recipe so leftovers are a bit different. Yummy both ways.
