I used a frozen multigrain loaf I had, thawed, added Smart Balance margarine, a good coating of garlic powder, just 1 large (garden fresh – yuum!!) tomato, thin sliced, etc. I followed all the ingredients, just didn’t measure anything – only used a tiny sprinkling of salt and a very small amount of olive oil. Baked 5 minutes at 500 and 2 minutes under the broiler on lo. I added a little grated parm to one half of the loaf too. Absolutely delicious!]]></description>
