This recipe is SO delicious, I could have eaten the whole platter by myself if I hadn’t been so full! It is super easy to make…my broiler on high takes 15 minutes per side to broil the chicken to complete doneness. We diced up some roma tomatoes and avacado and put it on top, and I added fat-free sour cream to mine. The flavors complement each other very well. This goes on our favorites menu and we will make this again! Thanks for sharing!
