In the process of TRYING to make a recipe that isn't very detailed. Is it cooked chicken that you add in the mix or do you mix the raw chicken in with everything and cook it in the oven? It says frozen corn, do you cook that or just throw the frozen corn in the bowl too with the mixture. These details would be quite helpful. It also doesn't tell you what size dish to use. 8x8, 11x13? Well, I'll see if I can figure this out without screwing it up due to poor instructions. Wish I would have read it better before deciding to make. If it turns out, great, if it doesn't guess we order pizza. For the record, I'm cooking the chicken first in a frying pan, and going to put frozen corn versus cooked. I also will wait and see how much mixture there is before greasing up a casserole dish....updates later...

This was a great dish! It did need a little more kick to it though, as the basic recipe is not even a hint of spicy. I plan on adding some taco seasoning and another 1/2 cup salsa. It was delicious and everyone wants it again!

Its good and very easy to make. I felt it needed more spices I added a packet of taco seasoning. I also added a can of diced tomatoes. I only had enough rice to make 3 cups I was running low. Next time I will add more chicken also. We did enjoy it I will make it again.

Being a vegetarian, I made some changes to the recipe. I substituted chicken for some chopped mushrooms. I added cumin and cayenne pepper as well. I also had some cabbage on hand that I shredded and added for some crunch. Also, I always cook brown rice in vegetable stock. Otherwise I find it way too bland. Overall, the recipe was good and I'll make it again.
