Parmesan Cheese = 5 Tbs 
Butter= Approx 1.5 Tbs
Flour = 6.5 tsp
Milk = 1/2 cup
Cheddar Cheese = Approx 1/3 cup perhaps a little less

I look forward to trying this now that I&#039;ve figured out how to measure for it :)]]></description>
