Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!

I left out the onions, celery and parsley because my kids can be a bit picky....but we loved this. This will definitely become a frequently cooked meal in our house.

My daughter who is 16 didn't want to try it..ended up getting seconds & thirds.

I was really excited when I saw the heading- "Homemade Pie", but a little disappointed to see that the homemade recipe has pre-made pie crust and 2 cans of "cream of chicken" soup. Thanks for sharing and I'll try to find a way to do it from scratch.

This was a really great way to use leftover turkey. I used a refrigerated pie crust for the base and topped it with a puff pastry sheet. I also added about 1/2 teaspoon of tarragon to the chicken mix. I'm sure the potatoes were intended to be in the mix, but the instructions never say when to add them back in...I put them in with the parsley.

We all loved it!
