I made this today, and it is seriously the best carnitas I have ever had. I’m a big Chipotle fan, and this beats their carnitas hands down. It is a bit time-intensive, but otherwise pretty simple to make. I couldn’t find a boneless pork shoulder, so I just bought one that had a bone-in and cut around the bone. I can’t wait to share this meal with some good friends!
