Was really delicious and simple! I only had dried basil so I put it on before baking, but I can only imagine how much better it would be with fresh basil on top.
Also, be careful how thin you make the crust – mine was a bit soggy and too thin in places.
This is the perfect pizza for foodies and traditionalists – it’s right in the middle!
