I made this as a side to roasted chicken, strawberry spinach salad, and roasted asparagus. It was SO easy and our guests asked what the dressing was made of…we will definitely make it again!

forgot the parm when i threw this together from memory for a get together , but i’ve been eating on it all week- so tasty!

This was tasty. We served it as a side dish to grilled chicken. It tastes good cold, too. I liked that the recipe is so quick to make. Next time we plan on using cherry tomatoes for more flavor.

I love the fresh and utterly simple ingredients! One of my all time favorite food combinations, basil, tomato and mozzarella – Yum-town!
