Dang! I'm impressed!! I like the little spicy kick, gives it a little different flavor than "mom's old meatloaf." THIS is a keeper for sure!

This is our new favorite meatloaf recipe! I took others advice and halved the recipe and it still made a huge loaf. Loved the sweet flavor from the ketchup and honey topping against the spicy flavor in the meat. I used a sleeve of saltines instead of bread crumbs and two eggs and the consistency was perfect.

This was so good! Added some Cholula and it was the perfect amount of spiciness. Next time I will definitely cut the recipe in half, though. Served it for 7 adults and there was still half of it left. And that was with some of them having seconds. I do like the idea of the review above and making 3 smaller ones and freezing two of them. I might do that next time.

I really loved this recipe. I have always found other recipes to be bland, not this one! It is full of flavor. A little spicy but I liked it that way. My husband really liked it too. I only added two peppers instead of three and 1/2 of a large onion instead of two medium. I also used oatmeal in place of the bread crumbs only because I didn't have any and was just to darn lazy to pull out the food processor and make my own. I devided up the meat and was able to make three good sized meatloaves, which worked out great. I froze the other two and was able to use them later. This is now my go-to meatloaf.

BEST meatloaf I've ever had (sorry, mom). I will say the repetitive chopping motion killed my hands, but that won't stop me from making it again. Just gotta pull out my food processor
