These are fantastic. I have tried a million different ways to cook wings in the oven. We actually prefer them that way. However, I have never been able to get them crisp like I want. This solved that problem. I followed exactly as above, however I put mine on a broiler pan. This allows the fat to drip through and gives them an even better crunch! I also cook mine for a little over an hour. About 70-80 minutes total. We like our wings really crunchy. Thanks for this great recipe Angie!!!

Made this with some minor adjustment as we have differnt sauces in Australia. Was a great recipe, did not know what they were suppose to be like as not really had them before. A Canadian lady where I took them said they were divine and definately as they should be.
Thank you

These were incredible and super easy. I dredged each seasoned wing in a bowl of flour instead of sprinkling & tossing. This worked really well. I also used light olive oil in place of veggie oil. They did stick to the foil so I'll try a little cooking spray next time. The perfect amount of heat for us. This is our new go-to wing recipe!!!

Oh my! These wings are AMAZING! I was looking for a special treat for my Beloved (who loves wings) and I decided to try these. They are super easy and crisp just right in the oven. I did carmelize some onions in the butter before I added the other ingredients for the sauce - a nice bit of extra flavor. A quarter cup of Frank's may be a little much for those who enjoy a more mild wing sauce, but we liked the sauce as otherwise written. I also seasoned the wings with different spices (not just the s&p) before dredging them in flour. I love recipes that make me feel like an excellent cook and that my family enjoys; this is one will be a new regular at The Preacher's House.
