So, I just chopped it up and we ate these on tortillas instead. My husband could not stop raving about this! He said it had such wonderful flavor. He ate it over rice, tortillas, and even on a bun sloppy joe style. Kids love it as well! Thanks!

I didn’t have any ground chicken, so I just used chicken breasts and topped them with the “in burger” ingredients.

I had mine on a toasted bun with ranch, cheddar, lettuce, and very thin slices of tomato – delicious!
