No pressure, right? Fortunately for me, this was a real crowd pleaser. My husband requested that I shorten the cooking time after the tomato mixture is added but otherwise rated it “outstanding” and asked that it be added to the regular rotation! Also, I was out of panko and had to use all bread crumbs (I used Italian style). Turned out great! As an added bonus, this recipe makes a really beautiful presentation.
