Description

Simple and delicious brown sugar salmon.

Ingredients

  • ½ ounces, fluid Dijon Mustard
  • ½ ounces, weight Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 2 pieces Salmon Fillets
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and brown sugar.

Add olive oil in a medium heated pan. Season salmon with salt and pepper, and pan-fry skin-side down for 2 minutes. Flip, season, and fry for another 4 minutes.

Place salmon fillets in a baking pan flesh side up and brush brown sugar glaze. Roast for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
