I don’t feel I can offer a true review as I didn’t follow the recipe. I was out of everything but the brown sugar and ham. So yes, I just cooked a ham in just brown sugar. And I’m not afraid to admit that. but the best part, is that I found out you can cook a ham in the crock pot. Love that! I don’t think it would have ever occurred to me to do that without this recipe. Thanks for the recipe and next time I’ll try to have some white wine and lemon juice on hand too.
