The sautéed onions plus the brown sugar bacon gave these hamburgers the best flavor. I dislike blue cheese so I left that out and put on a thin slice of velveta instead. When I made the hamburger patties I added garlic powder, onion powder and hickory smoke flavoring. One of the best hamburgers I’ve had.
