Almost like steak made on a grill w/o having to stand in two feet of snow outside. The smoke alarm did go off toward the end so next time I will probably open the kitchen window a bit and run the ceiling fan.

Last time I tried to broil a steak the whole oven smoked to high heaven and NO ONE would eat my horrible steak. I love eating steak grilled outside, but right now I’d rather have my hubby not completely frozen trying to please me ;o)
