		<description><![CDATA[Simple, easy and delicious to boot!  My girlfriend is not a lamb fan but she devoured this.  I was skeptical that the lamb would get tender enough in the short cooking time specified by this recipe but it was almost fall off the bone tender.  Served it over egg noodles (yolk free) with green beans.  Double the wine, chicken stock and tomato puree and spices for extra sauce.]]></description>
