		<description><![CDATA[I made this tonight with a couple of changes.  With only the 2 of us, I had to scale it down considerably.  I cut back on the wine to 1/4 cup &amp; I used carrots instead of the mushrooms, added paprika, celery seed, parsley and after letting the steam off, I sprinkled a package of  brown onion gravy over it and boiled the liquid down to a nice, thick gravy. It is very good and we enjoyed it. Thanks for the ideas and the basic recipe.]]></description>
