		<description><![CDATA[Braised beef cannelloni is a favorite dish of mine from Maggiano&#039;s. I wanted to make it from scratch and I thought I&#039;d give this one a try.

I was very disappointed. There was only one thing I could taste: vinegar. This recipe calls for way too much given the portions of everything else.

Also, 6-8 minutes is too long on broil. The tops of the cannelloni came out slightly charred and crunchy.]]></description>
