YUM! i have made this three times now since it got added to my recipe box and it turns out better each time as i keep tweaking the recipe to our taste. make sure to pound the meat thin, and don’t rush the simmering!

ccsick – I have never baked it before. I’m sure it would be okay, as long as it is submerged in sauce and cooked on a low temperature. You could also throw it in a crock pot!

Looks great, I’ll try this, have you baked it before? I wonder if that would be better for me than watching it on the stove for 2 hours.

Very easy what I like. I did have to lower my temp to low medium was too high for my stove and only cooked for a little over an hour. Still very tender and lots of flavor. Very good.

This was very good, easy and would make a great party or large gathering dish (if doubled or tripled). All in all a great recipe.
