The dish was excellent, a hit with husband and 11 year old grandson. Lots of flavor, adding the wine to the sauce really helped elevate the bottled sauce, served it over fafalle, all I had in. could’nt afford the prosciutto, opted for a thinly sliced rosarino ham. Will be adding this dish to my rotation. Thanks for sharing.
