This makes the sauce not stick to the noodles, and should be the very first thing you learn not to do when cooking with pasta. Also, this has nothing to do with lasagna. He likes vodka sauce and I prefer red, so this was the perfect compromise. Super easy and quick to whip up. You can get everything ready while the noodles are cooking.
