		<description><![CDATA[We made this tonight for dinner and my husband said that it was by far the best fish he&#039;s ever eaten!  :)  I had some of the spice rub mix left over and will most definitely be using it again to make this entree - it&#039;s delicious!  An easy recipe and you can adjust your heat level since you make your own spice rub.  I used my cast iron skillet and coconut oil to cook the tilapia and also added a simple crema to complement the heat of the spices.  Perfect dish.  Thanks for a great recipe!]]></description>
