The only thing we had to change was the cooking time… it took closer to 2- 2.5 hours to cook at the temp and not over the direct flame! Wanted to add, it is important to let the chicken sit for few minutes before cutting right into it due to the juices running out of the meat! OVERALL: AWESOME!!!]]></description>
