He had visited Singapore on business late last year and has had a hankering for these since then. We chose to make chicken and beef and grilled ‘em outdoors instead of baking. We also cheated and bought an off-the-shelf peanut dipping sauce, which was okay. We agreed we will be making the sauce from your recipe on the next go-round.
