		<description><![CDATA[Thanks Twinks.  I believe that this is better than any recipe with Ricotta cheese.  Using the Philly gives it a mild, but delicious taste.  Just make sure you let the meat cook with the onion mix for at least 15 minutes or even a half hour.]]></description>
