		<description><![CDATA[I used a little different procedure, but loved the flavors!  I sauteed some onions and green peppers until softened and then added the curry paste and stirred to coat.  Then I added the coconut milk and 3/4 c. broth, along with the butternut squash.  I let this simmer, covered while I browned the beef strips in a separate pan and set aside to drain.  I added the beef to the veggies just long enough to heat through.  I thought there was a lot of liquid and it hadn&#039;t thickened much so I let it simmer with the top off for 5 minutes or so.  We ate it without noodles or rice and it was tasty.  My boyfriend had leftovers for lunch and said it thickened up quite a bit.  Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
