We made this tonight! It was delicious! I took the cooked chicken out and put it back in the sauce after it was done to simmer for a minute. Still not crispy, but I liked it that way! Yum!

Oh my goodness this is good! I made it for dinner last night and we loved it. I actually, and I'm not making this up, had to clean the pan with my finger and lick it clean before I put it in the soapy water!!
I do have one question...are you supposed to take the chicken breasts out of the pan before adding the broth, cream, etc? Or leave them in? I left them in as it didn't say, but I noticed the breading doesn't stay as crisp then...so just wondering. DELICIOUS!!! Thanks for a great recipe!

I have made something very similar to this. I sautee' bacon, garlic and onion together and then add cubed chicken breasts in the mixture. I also add about 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, which just takes it up another notch! The whipped cream with the soy sauce and the basil, is pure heaven!
