The pork was very tender and juicy and had great flavor. It paired well with the slaw from “Crock Pot Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Sandwiches”. The onion buns were a nice addition as well. I opted for store bought Stubbs BBQ sauce to save time. It was a huge hit!

If I tried it again, I’d start with only 1/2 cup at first and more if needed.
