I made this for dinner last night. I took pictures... wish there was a way to add a picture to a review... I didn't use quite as much BBQ sauce as this recipe asked for... or maybe my bottle was just huge! But it was very good. It was just my husband and I so we had enough left over for lunch today. Mmm... left overs! lol

I made these last night and they were so easy and good. I thought they might be doughy inside, but the biscuits were perfectly cooked. I think these would be great with a taco filling, too.

My mom made these when I was growing up, and I now make them for my family. I love them!! They also warm up really well the next day as leftovers for a quick lunch. Sometimes (well, most of the time) instead of using a bottled bbq sauce, I make my own using ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce. Once all the meat is browned, I add roughly equal parts ketchup and mustard (it's less ketchup and more mustard than you'll think) until the ground meat has the right consistency, then add a few shakes of worcestershire and some brown sugar. It only takes a few extra minutes, and I really like the flavor it gives the barbecue cups.
