All I had in the house were panko bread crumbs so I used those. I think I’ll have to give it a try with regular bread crumbs. I have to admit I was scared when I poured the balsamic and honey mixture into the pan because the fumes cleared my sinuses and made my eyes water, but this was soooooo good!

I was a little afraid when I poured the balsamic in the pan, and my husband walked in the door and declared that “something stinks!” and “it’s making my face pucker!”

But once we dug in, SO GOOD. It does not taste at all like it smells. YUMYUM and super easy. We will definitely be eating this again!
