		<description><![CDATA[Hmmm...not sure about this one, but feel honest feedback is useful, so here goes.  Followed the recipe exactly and was definitely not impressed.  It was edible, but much too vinegary (and I love Balsamic) and not much to look at, either.  Had to pitch the leftovers, nobody was interested.  Bummer.]]></description>
