These are SO delicious! Sometimes meatballs can be so bland, and I've shied away from making them before. My husband, in particular, adores these! Instead of 2 pounds of ground beef, I use one pound of pork and one pound of beef. We always have TONS of leftovers.

This is now my go-to recipe for meatballs. I've made them at least three times in the last three months! I actually halve the recipe for my family and use my cookie scoop to scoop the meatballs so they fit in one mini muffin tin. Thanks!

I make a ton of these at a time and freeze them in ziploc bags. they are very good and I am sad that we have now eaten through our 2nd or 3rd batch of them (and I make about 6 lbs of them at a time!) my son just asked when we can have meatballs again, so it looks like it is time to make more. thanks for the great recipe! :)

my husband & i make these often! we have 'meatball night' and make enough to eat & then freeze a few bags of them. then we take the frozen bags & just throw 'em in the crock pot w/some homemade sauce or bbq sauce for an easy meal or pot luck dish. perfect, thank you!

These were just a huge hit with my hubby. I did a half/half mixture of ground pork and ground beef. They were very flavorful and the recipe made enough for several meals.

I LOVED these! These may have been the best meatballs I've ever had (and my grandmother is Italian). thanks so much for a wonderful recipe. Oh, and I cut the amount of red pepper flakes in half because I'm afraid of spice

Overall - really good flavor. I do like my meatballs a little more textured on the outside and juicy on the inside. I think I'll take this recipe and just fry them in a pan instead of bake them. The flavors are delicious. Also, I only used 1 pound of ground beef instead of two and it still worked out good.
