		<description><![CDATA[YUM!  I made this dish tonight for myself and my husband because I was craving something like lasagna but didn&#039;t really want to deal with the flat noodles.  This worked perfectly, we both loved it!!  

I did substitute hamburger meat browned in onions and garlic for the sausage and instead of the Rotini noodles I used Casarecce.  I also used a Vodca sauce which ended up being delictable.  

This recipe is really versatile!  You can use your favorite type of meat, favorite sauce and favorite noodles and it probably would always come out tasting fantastic.
