		<description><![CDATA[Loved this!  I don&#039;t usually stray much from a recipe the first time I make it, but I didn&#039;t have everything on hand, so I improvised a bit and it turned out great!

I used medium egg noodles and frozen corn because that&#039;s what I had on hand.  I also added leftover pork loin roast that I diced to make it a main dish rather than a side.  I also didn&#039;t use a whole stick of butter, just because... no reason other than it just seemed like a lot of butter.

This will definitely go in to my rotation for those nights I need something quick and flexible that I know my guys will eat!]]></description>
