My husband and I LOVE tacos but we have been getting bored with our usual recipe. This one is different and REALLY good. The green chilies added more flavor than I thought they would. We normally put cheddar cheese on our tacos but I think I’ll be using pepper jack from now on. I also like the idea of baking the tacos, it melts the cheese and heats them back up! Thanks for a great new recipe for us. We’ll definitely be making these again!
