I did not add the curry since I am not a curry fan but added some garlic. Only used olive oil not butter. I added some aspargus drizzled in olive oil with salt & pepper to the same baking pan. Made an easy dinner for a Friday night. The Hubby, who is an honest, critic loved it! Said we needed to have it more often.
