Very easy to prepare. Definitely pay attention to the direction to shake off the excess marinade. Can get soupy if not careful. But very tender and delicious! Ours was a bit salty, but I think this was due to the brand of stuffing we used. My picky eaters liked this one, sprinkled with some mozzarella cheese.
