The first time I had ever cooked Venison. I have tried it but never really cared for it. I was given the tenderloin this Christmas by my Grand Daughter’s boy friend, and assured her I would make every effort to prepare it well. Although the recipe was quite simple, after comparing it to others I felt the marinade sounded good and the variable cooking times would make me a success. And it did!! I prepared it exactly as the recipe directed and it came out perfect.
