These are amazing! As simple as a grilled cheese sandwich, but fancy enough to serve company, and delicious enough to make everyone want seconds and thirds. So glad that I tried it!

This was a very tasty sandwich. My family all thought I was crazy when I put this on the menu for the week but it was a nice change from the ordinary Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The raspberry preserve made it for me!

This was fabulous! I was a little unsure, but the photo looked so delicious that I gave it a go. So glad I did! I did not find the pear distracting at all. Everything came together in a lovely symphony of flavors. And I must say, it made me feel quite fancy even in my yoga pants waiting on laundry to finish so I can fold!
