I baked them for 30 minutes and the insides were still raw. I put them back in for another 20 minutes and the tops burnt, but the inside were still mush. I wound up scraping them out of the muffin tin and plopping them into a 9×9 baking dish and making a regular meatloaf out of them. It’s a shame because they tasted really good.
