I can easily see doubling the recipe and making two big dishes of this for a larger crowd. The only suggestion I have is that next time I will trim the fat off the chops (I don’t like an accidental mouthful of fat, and it gets obscured by the sauce). It was awesome served with garlic smashed potatoes, a perfect compliment to the tangy sauce.
