		<description><![CDATA[I think the dryness probably comes from the leanness of the turkey vs. a fattier beef. I kept remarking how great they&#039;d taste with sweet and sour or a ginger-maple dipping sauce, so I might try that for next time myself.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I can&#039;t fairly review these because I made them without all the ingredients. I didn&#039;t have garlic (how do I not have garlic in my house?!?), or any of the fresh herbs. I used garlic powder and dried parsley and mint. These came out well but a little dry - I probably over cooked them because I was distracted. I think if they were made as the recipe was written, they&#039;d be really good! I still think they&#039;d be better with some sort of sauce to dip them in.]]></description>
