So easy to make yet so gourmet in taste and appearance. This lasagna was a huge, huge hit tonight at the dinner table, and my husband must have eaten half the pan in one sitting.

I added 8 oz. of mild Italian sausage as I was cooking the onion and garlic, but otherwise adhered to the recipe exactly. Bon Appetit !
