		<description><![CDATA[Excellent main dish! If you&#039;re having pork chops, this is the way to prepare them. I used 1&quot; thick bone-in pork chops (since that&#039;s what was thawed in my fridge) but I don&#039;t think it mattered. Also, I found that if you removed the chops to the serving platter &amp; put the brie on top, it was nicely melted by the time the rest of the sauce was ready. I paired this with a brown rice side dish. Will definitely make again!!]]></description>
