I will definitely make this again because it was so good and super easy. I used the entire 1 1/2 cup of liquid and glad I did. Although the sauce looked soupy when I poured it over the chicken, after it baked it thickened up nicely. Also had to use some pasta water to loosen the sauce up a bit once I mixed it with the pasta.

Yes, it’s very fattening, so I don’t make it often. But SO good, and flavorful- a perfect dish for company. I use chicken broth, instead of wine, and cook it on low in the crockpot for about 6 hours.
