Not too rich like some alfredo sauces. I had it with cubed chicken and cheese ravioli. My son didn’t like it for some reason, so that’s my only complaint, but his father is uber picky and I made him something else and so he maybe saw his dad eating something else and used the excuse that he didn’t like it. Not sure. BUT I loved it!
