		<description><![CDATA[i thought this was great, my husband hated it, but i think its because he&#039;s never liked salmon. i used ground cayenne because i didn&#039;t have fresh, and it turned out great (to me.) i also cooked my quinoa in vegetable broth, which i think gave it more flavor. thanks for the great healthy recipe!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[made this the other night and was very impressed! two tips - use GOOD canned (or pouch-ed) salmon, and taste it before you salt, because sometimes canned salmon is already salty. i didn&#039;t follow the ingredient amounts exactly and added a TON more spinach, it made a very quick and easy meal. i imagine it would also be very adaptable, you could add other veggies (red pepper maybe? or zucchini!) or greens (maybe some kale too!)...]]></description>
